[If reserving a seat only] A fee of 2,000 yen (per person) will be charged from 11pm four days prior to your visit.
Regardless of the reason, if you cancel your reservation from 4 days prior to the reservation date, a cancellation fee will be charged.Changes to the number of people can be made up to the day before.
If you cancel your reservation in its entirety from 4 days prior, a cancellation fee (100%) will be charged.
If you are a seat-only customer and cancel your entire reservation, a cancellation fee of 2,000 yen per person will be charged from 4 days prior to the event.
